Bulwark Project Inc. Management Team Holds Team-Building Activity
The Bulwark Project Inc. Management Team recently completed a 1.5-day team-building session facilitated by Ms. Dahlia Reoma. During the activity, the team revisited Bulwark’s mission, vision, goals, objectives, and core values, and conducted a SWOT analysis to assess organizational strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
Due to the lively exchange of ideas and discussions, time allocated for formal strategic planning was limited. However, the team balanced productivity with fellowship, enjoying light moments such as videoke singing and bonding activities. Participants also attended a spiritually uplifting Mass together at the Shrine of St. Vincent Ferrer in Mulig, Toril.
Reflecting on the event, Ms. Iris Melliza, President of the Board of Trustees of Bulwark Project Foundation Inc., shared: “It was a Spirit-filled team-building experience, and our facilitator, Ms. Dahlia, proved to be such a blessing.”
The session reinforced the team’s commitment to Bulwark’s mission while fostering camaraderie among its members.
